ORDER STATUS

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email.

When the order has been shipped you will receive an email with your shipping information.

If you have placed an order for local pickup, you will receive an email with pickup details.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Due to COVID-19 shipping times are being delayed.

All packages are shipped by USPS.

inTAILigent Designs LLC is not responsible for any delays once the package has been received by USPS.

All items are handmade and in most cases are made-to-order.

Made-to-order items can take a minimum of two weeks to fully produce and cure.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day exchange policy on standard items. These items MUST be in the same condition as they were upon arrival. Please contact us with proof of the issue and we will resolve this immediately.

Custom orders (ex: orders using personal pictures, phrases, names) are not eligible for a return, please contact us via email for any concerns on custom orders.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
